Affiliate Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Affiliate Privacy Policy applies to applicants and participants using the PrompTessor Affiliate Program, portal, referral links, commission ledger, and payout tools. It supplements the general PrompTessor Privacy Policy, which continues to apply when you use the main PrompTessor product as a customer.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• name, email, password in hashed form, country, website, social-profile URLs, and promotion plan;
• application, verification, account, and support communications;
• USDT BEP-20 wallet address, Binance UID, and payout requests;
• information supplied during compliance, fraud, or account reviews.

Program and transaction information

• referral code, referral visits, attribution source, registrations, and conversion events;
• masked referred-customer identifiers and commission-eligibility status;
• eligible payments, refunds, reversals, commissions, holding, and payout records;
• transaction hashes, Binance Order IDs, administrator notes, and transfer-proof images stored privately in Cloudflare R2.

Technical information

We may collect IP address, user agent, timestamps, session and verification events, cookie identifiers, security events, and audit logs when you apply, sign in, update settings, follow referral links, or use the portal.

3. How we use information

We use Program information to:

• process applications and verify email ownership;
• authenticate accounts and maintain portal security;
• record referral visits, attribute customers, reconcile transactions, and calculate commissions;
• review, approve, document, and complete payout requests;
• prevent self-referral, spam, fraud, chargebacks, abuse, and unauthorized access;
• send operational messages about verification, applications, security, commissions, and payouts;
• maintain financial and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and comply with law;
• understand and improve Program reliability and performance.

4. Legal bases

Depending on your location, we process information because it is necessary to take steps at your request and perform the Affiliate Terms, because we have legitimate interests in operating and securing the Program, because we must comply with legal obligations, or because you provided consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the applicable basis.

5. Cookies and referral attribution

The portal uses an HttpOnly affiliate session cookie to keep approved affiliates signed in. PrompTessor referral links may set a first-party referral cookie for up to 30 days so a later registration can be attributed to the correct affiliate. Cookies may include referral codes or signed attribution data. Blocking or deleting cookies may prevent attribution or require you to sign in again.

6. How information is shared

We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the Program, including hosting and database providers, Cloudflare R2 object storage, email delivery providers, payment gateways, fraud and security services, and technical analytics providers. They may process information only for authorized services and subject to applicable safeguards.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the Program, investigate fraud or security incidents, complete a corporate transaction, or follow your direction or consent. We do not sell affiliate personal information for money.

7. Referred-customer privacy

The affiliate portal is designed to show masked customer identifiers and the minimum information needed to understand attribution, commissions, and commission-eligibility status. Affiliates must not attempt to re-identify customers, combine portal data with unlawfully obtained information, or use referral information for unrelated targeting.

8. International processing

PrompTessor and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. Local protections may differ, but we continue to handle information as described in this policy.

9. Retention

We retain account and Program information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to administer commissions, payouts, fraud reviews, disputes, audit requirements, and legal obligations. Financial and audit records may be retained after account closure. Replaced transfer-proof objects are removed from R2 after replacement succeeds, subject to backup, security, and legal-retention constraints.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. Passwords are stored as hashes, affiliate sessions use protected cookies, payout-proof images use time-limited signed R2 URLs, and sensitive administrative actions are audited. No system or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

11. Your choices and rights

You can update payout destinations and social profiles from Settings. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about processing. Some records must be retained for financial, fraud-prevention, contractual, or legal reasons. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

12. Children

The Affiliate Program is not directed to children or persons who cannot legally enter the Affiliate Terms. Do not apply or provide personal information if you are not legally eligible to participate.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Program, providers, laws, or data practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required.
