1. Agreement and related terms
By applying for, accessing, or participating in the PrompTessor Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you agree to these Affiliate Terms. These terms supplement the PrompTessor Terms of Service. If they conflict on a Program-specific matter, these Affiliate Terms control for that matter.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and must provide accurate, current information. If you participate for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. One person or organization may not operate multiple accounts to bypass Program controls.
3. Application and approval
Applications are reviewed manually. Submission does not guarantee approval. PrompTessor may approve, reject, request additional information, or later review an account based on audience fit, promotional practices, fraud risk, legal requirements, or Program capacity. Affiliate accounts are separate from ordinary PrompTessor customer accounts and may not be transferred or shared.
4. Promotion and disclosures
You may promote PrompTessor only through lawful, truthful, and non-deceptive content. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever required. You may not claim to be PrompTessor, an employee, or an exclusive representative; make unsupported product, income, or performance claims; or publish outdated pricing or terms as current.
You are responsible for advertising, endorsement, privacy, anti-spam, platform, and consumer-protection rules that apply to your promotion.
5. Brand and intellectual property
While approved, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use approved Program links and brand materials solely to promote PrompTessor. You may not register confusingly similar domains or accounts, alter branding deceptively, bid on protected brand terms without written permission, or imply sponsorship beyond the Program relationship.
6. Referral attribution
Referral visits may be recorded through your unique link and a referral cookie that currently lasts up to 30 days. Attribution is normally locked when a new customer registers and may also be transmitted through supported mobile referral flows. Attribution depends on valid referral data being accepted by PrompTessor systems. Deleted cookies, blocked tracking, prior attribution, incorrect links, or registration outside the window may prevent attribution.
PrompTessor’s records determine attribution. We may correct duplicate, erroneous, manipulated, or fraudulent attribution.
7. Eligible commissions
The standard rate is 30% of commissionable revenue from every eligible transaction made by an attributed customer for the lifetime of that customer relationship. Lifetime means as long as the customer continues to use the same valid PrompTessor account and makes eligible transactions; it does not guarantee that the customer, Program, or PrompTessor services will operate indefinitely. Manual renewals and other eligible transactions may generate commission. A different rate applies only when shown in the portal or agreed in writing.
Commissionable revenue is the net amount PrompTessor receives after applicable discounts, credits, taxes, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, and payment-provider or app-store fees. Commission is not earned on fraudulent or test transactions, duplicate records, self-referrals, or amounts PrompTessor determines are not commissionable. Calculations, currency conversion, rounding, and status are based on PrompTessor’s transaction records.
8. Holding period and reversals
New commissions are generally held for 30 days after a verified transaction. Pending commissions cannot be paid out. A commission may be reversed, reduced, delayed, or withheld for refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud, Program violations, technical errors, or legal review. The portal ledger is the current record of pending, payable, reserved, and paid amounts.
9. Payout requests
You may request payout when your payable balance reaches USD 10. Payouts are manually reviewed and currently sent as USDT to a saved BEP-20 wallet on BNB Smart Chain or through a Binance UID internal transfer. You are responsible for entering and verifying the correct destination and maintaining access to it. Transfers sent to a validly saved destination generally cannot be reversed.
PrompTessor may request verification, delay a request while investigating risk, or reject a request that does not meet these terms. The portal may display a transaction hash, Binance Order ID, and a private transfer-proof image after payment.
10. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- refer yourself, a controlled account, or a colluding party;
- use cookie stuffing, hidden redirects, forced clicks, automated traffic, bots, or fabricated registrations;
- send unlawful unsolicited messages or violate advertising-platform rules;
- offer unauthorized rebates, cash-back arrangements, discounts, or incentives;
- misrepresent pricing, functionality, availability, affiliation, or customer outcomes;
- interfere with tracking, security, payment, or Program administration.
11. Records, independent status, and taxes
You must keep reasonable records supporting your promotional activity and disclosures. You are responsible for taxes, reporting, licenses, and other obligations arising from affiliate income. Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint-venture status.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop participating by contacting us. PrompTessor may suspend or terminate participation for breach, fraud risk, prolonged inactivity, legal or reputational risk, or discontinuation of the Program. Suspension may disable portal access and new attribution. Valid payable commissions earned before termination may remain eligible after review, while commissions connected to prohibited conduct may be withheld or reversed where permitted by law.
13. Availability and liability
The Program is provided on an “as available” basis. Tracking, provider events, network transfers, or portal access may be delayed or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrompTessor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the Program. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Program and term changes
PrompTessor may update Program features, eligible transactions, rates, holding periods, payout methods, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the portal, email, or an updated effective date where reasonably practicable. Any future change that limits the lifetime commission policy will apply prospectively to customers attributed after that change takes effect, except where an adjustment is required by law or results from fraud, abuse, invalid attribution, or a material Program violation. Continued participation after an effective update constitutes acceptance.
